Decided September 2026: ERTH Resource Group is the parent company, with no outside parent above it. Every business in the group carries an ERTH name and keeps its products, funds, investors and library under that name.

01The decision
Parent

The parent owns each arm. [Ownership of each arm — 100%, majority or minority — to be confirmed with counsel; ERTH Rora combines three businesses]
Divisions
Land & Resources · Energy · Water & Air
Arms
ERTH Ferra · ERTH Sylva · ERTH Agra · ERTH Terra · ERTH Petra · ERTH Volta · ERTH Rora
Headquarters
Houston, Texas, with five regional offices

02Structure
Land & Resources holds ERTH Ferra, ERTH Sylva, ERTH Agra and ERTH Terra. Energy holds ERTH Petra and ERTH Volta. Water & Air holds ERTH Rora, with its three lines: Rora Water, Rora Air and Rora Atmospheric Water.
Each arm keeps its own register of entities, funds and figures. Group documents cite them arm by arm, name the source and show the status.
03Shared services at the parent
One chief compliance officer and one compliance program over all arms. Each arm keeps its own manual until they are merged.
Group counsel relationships, entity management across the group, and the Group Allocation Policy.
Group treasury, budgets and consolidated internal reporting.
Each arm keeps its brand. The parent sets one rule for how the ERTH group mark sits alongside arm brands.
Shared IT, cybersecurity, HR policies and hiring.

Rules before deals
Where two arms could do the same deal, a written rule decides. See the lanes and the allocation policy.
